  1. Description
     -----------
     
     PureLIB Manager is a Purebasic User Library Manager.
     
     Features : 
     - list available user libraries ;
     - show user library information ;
     - enable/disable user libraries  ;
     - uninstall user libraries (the user library and all related files) ;
     - restarts compiler if necessary at plugin exit. *

  2. How to use it
     -------------

     [List tab]     
      
     - Refresh -> update the library list ;
     - Enable / Disable -> en(dis)able the library (changes the library header) ;
     - Uninstall -> delete user library and all related files.

     [Information tab]

     Shows information about the selected user library.
     Double-clicking on a library function name shows the appropriate topic in the library
     help file.
     
     [Extra tab]
     
     Install a library :
     With this feature you can easily install userlibs that come without an installer.
     PureLIB Manager will analyze the selected file and propose an installation scheme
     The file must be a valid ZIP archive or a ZIP compatible installer.
